Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Skill11 Travels, we strive to provide our customers with transparent, fair, and flexible refund and cancellation policies. Please read the following carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking Cancellation by the Customer

• All cancellation requests must be sent via email to contact@skill11travels.com or through our official contact form.

• The cancellation charges depend on the type of service (Flight, Hotel, Visa, Holiday Package, etc.) and the supplier’s policy.

• Standard cancellation charges apply as per airline/hotel/operator rules.

• Skill11 Travels will charge a minimum service fee for cancellations processed through our portal.

Example Cancellation Fees:

• Domestic Flights: ₹300 per passenger + airline charges

• International Flights: ₹1000 per passenger + airline charges

• Holiday Packages: 10%-25% of package cost depending on proximity to departure

• Visa Assistance: Non-refundable after document submission

2. Refund Process

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving a written cancellation request.

• Refunds are processed through the same mode of payment within 7-14 working days.

• Some services may be non-refundable depending on the supplier's terms.

3. No Show or Late Arrivals

• In case of a no-show (failure to show up for the trip) or late arrival, no refund will be issued.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time for travel or visa appointments.

4. Service Cancellation by Skill11 Travels

• If Skill11 Travels cancels a service due to unforeseen reasons (natural disasters, political unrest, technical issues, etc.), a full refund will be issued or alternate options will be provided.

• We will inform customers via email and/or phone in such situations.

5. Visa Rejection

• The visa processing fee is non-refundable in case of rejection by the respective embassy or consulate.

• Skill11 Travels is not responsible for delays or rejections by immigration authorities.

6. Changes & Modifications

• Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
